We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered cosmetic items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lalalandcosmattecs@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
