Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at lalalandcosmattecs@lalalandcosmattecs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return or replacement instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. However, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
