Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We only accept returns on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at lalalandcosmattecs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
